The Swedish model avoids eating fried foods for a clear skin. She shared with Pop Sugar that she thinks that her skin looks better when she doesn’t consume fried food.
The Portuguese beauty follows three basic things. She avoids dairy when she noticed that it was making her skin really. She also steers clear of sugar, which helps keep her skin clear. And lastly, she shared that she drinks lots of water.
As a Victoria’s Secret Angel for 6 years, the model includes plenty of salmon and dark greens in her diet, according to Pop Sugar. She also adds healthy fats to the food that she eats for better looking skin. Just like Sara, she tries to avoid sugar whenever she gets the urge to snack a little.

The first-time VS Angel works out 5-6 times a week to maintain her fit figure. She told Buro 247: “Ideally I would do a Pilates class, two weight sessions, a HIIT (High-intensity interval training) session, and boxing / cycling / cardio session.”
The Australian models exercises 6 times a week with an hour exercise duration. Her go-to workout is Body by Simone Dance Cardio, preferring the Full Body class since it’s a combination of cardio and strength.

Meanwhile, the American model shared with Vogue UK that she does ballet since it’s perfect for strengthening her body and is good for her mental state. She explained that barre helps in toning and sculpting her glutes, legs, and core. But that’s not all she does. She also works out with a trainer in order to include weights and cardio to her daily exercise regimen.
